M.P. Power Generating Co. Ltd. (MPPGCL), a wholly owned company of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, is responsible for electricity generation in the state. As a successor to the erstwhile Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board (MPSEB), MPPGCL operates and maintains existing power units while developing new power plants to enhance the state’s power generation capacity.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI in Fitter, Electrician, Welder, or Diesel Mechanic from a recognized institute.

- Selection will be based on merit, determined by the marks obtained in the qualifying ITI examination.
